Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the vita3k platform — including the website, mobile app, games, sports betting, and live casino — you agree to be bound by all terms stated in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the vita3k platform.

Continued use of the platform after any term changes is considered your acceptance of the updated terms. vita3k reserves the right to amend or replace these terms at any time with reasonable notice displayed on the platform.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential. vita3k will never request your password via email, chat, or phone calls. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact our support team immediately.

Identity Verification

Vita3k reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage — including during registration, withdrawal processing, or if suspicious activity is detected. Failure to provide the required documents may result in temporary restrictions or account termination.

Use of Another Person's Account

You are prohibited from using someone else’s account or allowing others to use your account. vita3k accounts are personal and must not be transferred, sold, or shared with any third party under any circumstances.

Platform Usage Rules

Vita3k users agree to use the platform responsibly and comply with all rules. The following actions are strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or termination of accounts without compensation:

  • Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technology to unlawfully access or interact with the platform.
  • Engaging in any form of fraud, result manipulation, or unauthorized collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Spreading false information, harmful content, or any communication that could harm other users or vita3k’s reputation.
  • Attempting to access platform sections not permitted for public users, including administrative systems or databases.
  • Using the platform for any activities that violate Malaysian law or that could expose vita3k to legal liability.

Vita3k reserves the right to investigate any suspected rule violations and take appropriate action, including reporting to relevant authorities.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the vita3k platform — including deposits, bets, and withdrawals — are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms govern all financial activities on the platform:

Deposit

Deposits into vita3k accounts can be made via supported local payment methods including TNG eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and instant bank transfers. Deposits are processed automatically and usually credited within minutes. vita3k is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or financial institutions.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals can only be made to bank accounts or digital wallets registered under the same user’s name. vita3k reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing withdrawals. Processing times depend on the chosen method and may take up to 24 working hours in certain cases.

Disputed Transactions

If you notice any unauthorized or unfamiliar transactions in your account, please contact vita3k support within 48 hours of the transaction date. vita3k will carefully investigate all complaints but does not guarantee refunds for transactions verified as valid.

Taxes & Fees

Users are fully responsible for any tax obligations arising from betting activities or winnings earned through the vita3k platform. vita3k does not deduct or pay taxes on users’ behalf except where specifically required by applicable law.

These links are provided for user convenience only. vita3k does not control or take responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites and makes no guarantees regarding their safety or accuracy.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws

Vita3k reserves the right to change, amend, or replace any parts of these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via in-platform notifications or registered email. Continued use of the platform following such notice constitutes your acceptance. These terms are governed by Malaysian law, with any disputes resolved under the jurisdiction of competent Malaysian courts.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Vita3k reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts in the following situations without prior notice in cases of serious violations:

  • Users violating any terms or conditions outlined in this document.
  • Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any illegal activities.
  • Users registering multiple accounts or abusing platform bonuses and promotions.
  • Users providing false information during registration or identity verification.
  • Requests from relevant authorities or regulatory bodies.

If your account is suspended or closed due to terms violations, vita3k reserves the right to withhold or seize any remaining balance in the account according to its assessment and applicable laws. Users may appeal via vita3k’s official support channels within 30 days of the action taken.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their accounts may contact vita3k support. Account closure requests will be processed after all pending transactions are settled and there are no active disputes on the account.
